SAEDNEWS: User reports indicate that Google has restricted access to Google Analytics for Iranian users.
According to SaedNews, in recent months, Google Analytics has not allowed users to select and create accounts in Iran. Now, it has blocked all existing accounts located in Iran.
Following inquiries by a Rouydad 24 reporter, Google has not yet responded to questions on this matter.
Google Analytics is a powerful tool provided by Google, known among Iranian users as Google Analytics, Google Analytic, and Google Analytics. This analytics tool can provide comprehensive information about incoming traffic, user behavior on the site, conversion rates, and a wealth of other useful information and reports to website managers. This information can play a significant role in optimizing and advancing a website.
Since Google Analytics can turn website statistics into a valuable resource for understanding users and optimizing websites for them, it has become the most practical tool for digital marketers in Iran and around the world in recent years. Limiting the use of this tool can cause major disruptions in Iranian web-based businesses.
According to DM Board, Google has notified these users via email that their accounts will be suspended and completely blocked after 14 days. This email has been sent to numerous Iranian accounts since January 9, and it is likely that more Iranian users will receive this email from Google in the coming days.
This behavior from Google is not unprecedented, as it has taken similar actions at least once before in 2017.
