Chocolate: 80 grams
Petit beurre biscuits: 1 package
To make the delicious ice cream sandwich, start by removing the ice cream from the freezer and placing it in a large bowl to soften slightly. Then, chop the banana and chocolate into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
Next, line a loaf pan with a freezer bag. Arrange a layer of petit beurre biscuits neatly in the pan. Pour the ice cream mixture over the biscuits, then add another layer of biscuits on top.
Cover the biscuits with the freezer bag and the remaining mixture. Place the pan in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours to allow the ice cream to fully set. After this time, remove the pan from the freezer.
Let the ice cream sandwich rest at room temperature for 5 minutes. Then, cut it into your desired portions. Finally, decorate with whipped cream and a cherry, and serve. Enjoy!
