Saed News: The Rig e Jen Desert, according to geologists, is devoid of any water or signs of life, and due to inaccessibility to many of its parts, it was given the nickname "Bermuda Triangle of Iran" for years.

According to the Saed News website, quoting Fararo, the presence of vast swamps and salt flats has made this region one of the most mysterious areas in our country. Locals say that many tourists who have traveled to this desert never return.

At night, due to the high temperature difference, the rocks break, and sounds from the desert can be heard. One of the most important factors when visiting the Rig e Jen Desert is the constant shifting of the sand dunes in the area, which causes tourists to lose their way. In the past, the reason for travelers getting lost in this desert was believed to be the presence of evil forces and jinn, which was rooted in ignorance and superstition. This is why it is considered one of the strangest places in Iran.

The Rig e Jen Desert, one of the most difficult-to-reach areas in the world, is located in the southwest and west of the Kavir Plain and is an annual destination for many ecotourists. Rig e Jen is situated on the border between Semnan and Isfahan provinces. With an area of 3,800 square kilometers, it is the third-largest desert in Iran and is mostly associated with Semnan province. The Rig e Jen Desert is considered one of the wonders of Iran.
