🥛 Milk: 4 cups
🍬 Sugar: 15 tablespoons
💧 Gelatin powder: 4 tablespoons
🧊 Cold water: ½ cup
🍦 Breakfast cream (heavy cream): 200 grams
🌿 Vanilla: A pinch (tip of a teaspoon)
🍫 Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
☕ Nescafe powder: 2 tablespoons
Step 1:
In a suitable pot, add the milk along with the sugar, then place the pot over low heat. Stir the milk and sugar mixture until the sugar granules dissolve.
Step 2:
In a suitable bowl, add the gelatin powder with cold water and allow the gelatin to become spongy. Then place the bowl over indirect steam (double boiler) to dissolve the gelatin.
Step 3:
In a separate pot, add the breakfast cream and warm it on low heat until it becomes fluid. Be careful not to let the cream boil. Then add the cream along with the dissolved gelatin to the milk mixture.
Step 4:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly and then remove from heat. Divide the panna cotta mixture into three equal parts. Add vanilla to one part and mix well.
Step 5:
In another bowl, add cocoa powder and some hot water, then stir until the cocoa powder dissolves. Add this cocoa mixture to one part of the panna cotta base and mix well.
Step 6:
Add the Nescafe powder to the remaining part of the mixture in a suitable bowl, mix well, and add it. Allow the dessert mixture to cool completely, then prepare a suitable mold.
Step 7:
Pour the chocolate mixture into the mold first and refrigerate it until it sets. Then remove the mold from the fridge and pour the Nescafe layer over the chocolate layer.
Step 8:
Refrigerate the mold again until the Nescafe layer sets. Finally, add the vanilla layer on top. Refrigerate the dessert for 6 to 7 hours until it fully sets, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
