It closely resembles Adas Polo (lentil rice) and can be prepared as a one-pot mung bean rice dish. This dish can be served with lamb shank, chicken, or meatballs. Mung beans have numerous health benefits, including improving eyesight, strengthening the nervous system, relieving constipation, treating diarrhea, acting as an anti-skin cancer agent, benefiting pregnant women, and lowering blood pressure.
