  • 100 to 150 grams of herbs (parsley, coriander, leek)

  • 1.5 cups of lentils

  • Noodles (as needed)

  • 1 large onion

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • A pinch of cumin powder

  • Black and red pepper (as needed)

  • 2 tablespoons of dried mint

  • Salt and turmeric (as needed)

  • 3 large garlic cloves

Method of Preparation for Lentil and Noodle Soup:

  1. First, chop the onions and fry them, then add the chopped garlic and sauté.

  2. Add the tomato paste and spices, and sauté again.

  3. Add the pre-soaked lentils and sauté for a moment, then pour in water until it's about half the pot. Let the lentils cook.
