1 medium sautéed onion
150 g chopped cauliflower
100 ml chicken broth
1 egg
A pinch of thyme
A little olive oil for sautéing

Instructions:
Wash the chicken, remove the skin, and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into 1–2 cm pieces.
Chop the cauliflower in a food processor.
