According to the Science and Technology Service of Saed News, Mohammad Reza Sohrabi emphasized the importance of women’s health, stating that improving women's health plays a key role in enhancing the well-being of the entire society.

He noted that various factors affect women’s health, including pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, and the roles of wife and mother.

Sohrabi highlighted the vital role women play in choosing and promoting a healthy lifestyle within families and stressed the need to raise health literacy among women. He emphasized that adopting a healthy lifestyle requires collective participation and shared wisdom.

He described women as the cornerstone of family health, not only providing care for other family members but also serving as influential role models for the next generation.

The Deputy of Health at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences listed heart attacks, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and osteoporosis as major chronic diseases closely tied to lifestyle.

He identified unhealthy diets and physical inactivity as major risk factors for chronic illnesses and cancers, advising women and mothers to focus on healthy eating patterns and to plan for reducing the consumption of fast foods, salt, sugar, and sweetened beverages.

To maintain good health, Sohrabi recommended that everyone, especially women, engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week.
