SAEDNEWS: The Head of the Judiciary said: Competent judicial authorities must by no means neglect scientific and comprehensive combat against all manifestations of corruption; if there is slowness or stagnation in this vital matter, the people will become disappointed.
According to Saed News, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, today, Monday (August 25), in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, while congratulating the arrival of the month of Rabi al-Awwal, stated: We are on the eve of the blessed and auspicious birth of the Noble Prophet of Islam, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him). All Muslims must make the most of these blessed days and strive to strengthen unity in the Islamic world; inside the country as well, just as the Supreme Leader emphasized, we must increase the richness of unity and national cohesion and with our solidarity, frustrate the enemy more than before.
According to the Judiciary’s Media Center, the Head of the Judiciary, referring to the beginning of Government Week, said: We commemorate Government Week and send greetings to the souls of all martyrs who served the people in the government, including Martyrs Rajaei, Bahonar, and Raisi; we also honor the memory of the martyrs of Shahrivar, including Martyrs Ghodousi, Lajvardi, and the martyrs of the recent imposed war, commanders, scientists, and all the martyrs of this sacred defense.
The Head of the Judiciary, referring to the statements of the Supreme Leader yesterday, emphasized: The Supreme Leader, in his wise remarks delivered yesterday, once again stressed the issue of preserving and strengthening unity and national cohesion, and called upon all officials, currents, and groups of people to pay attention to this important matter. We hope that everyone accepts with heart and soul these prudent, sincere, and wise recommendations of His Eminence and acts upon them. As the Leader said, all branches must have maximum cooperation, and in his words, the servants of the country, especially the hard-working and tireless President, must be supported.
The Chief Justice said: We strongly emphasize that prosecutors and other competent judicial authorities, in addressing and advancing cases of elements who disturb public security and cooperate with the Zionist regime, must have the utmost speed and precision.
The Head of the Judiciary said: Competent judicial authorities must by no means neglect scientific and comprehensive combat against all manifestations of corruption; if there is slowness or stagnation in this vital matter, the people will become disappointed.
The head of the judiciary emphasized: We have a very important and sensitive duty and responsibility, which is confronting the enemies’ conspiracies and neutralizing their plots; but this very important duty and responsibility must not cause us to neglect our other important obligations. Under no circumstances should we neglect the issue of ensuring investment security, helping production leap, removing obstacles to production, and assisting production and economic activists; in this path, we must increasingly use public capacities.
The head of the judiciary stated: The definite policy of the system and the country is to defend the oppressed people of the world, especially the oppressed people of Gaza, as well as to support the resistance movement; the judiciary has proper capacities in this regard, which must be fully utilized. This is particularly manifested in the “Human Rights Headquarters and the International Affairs Deputy of the Judiciary,” the “Attorney General’s Office,” and the “Lawyers’ Center.” Extensive and coordinated legal actions must be arranged at both global and domestic levels against the Zionist criminals.
Mohseni Ejei, continuing today’s meeting and referring to the increased importance of explanation in the current situation, said: Explaining issues is one of the urgent needs of the country today; the Supreme Leader has also strongly emphasized this matter. It must be properly and fundamentally, with reason and authority, explained to everyone what the cause and root of America’s hostility and animosity toward Islamic Iran is. Truly, one is astonished at some people who are happy in their hearts, waiting for America to take a step for Iran! Or those who imagine that by looking toward America, problems and issues will be resolved! We must be vigilant not to be deceived; we must correctly recognize friend and foe. Sometimes the enemy wears a velvet glove over an iron fist, and sometimes his iron hand is exposed, but in any case, we must completely know the treacherous enemy and his conspiracies.
The head of the judiciary added: Some time ago, a so-called political group issued a statement in line with the enemy’s desire; some people advised that no haste be made in judicial confrontation with the issuers of the statement until the people themselves and political and social currents give them an appropriate response. This happened, and various currents and organizations condemned the issuance of such a statement; even some individuals and factions aligned with the issuers of that statement expressed disgust at such an action, and in different expressions conveyed that the issuers of the statement, at a time when the enemy has invaded our country and continues to threaten, issued a statement in favor of the enemy’s desire.
The head of the judiciary continued: Of course, they hoped that through dialogue with the issuers of that statement, they could make them aware of their mistake and emphasized that it is possible they would declare disavowal and admit they were negligent. In any case, I thank all those who condemned the statement in a reasoned and authoritative manner, and I hope that those who issued it out of negligence or specific motives will return from their wrong path and correct their approach. Of course, it is natural that the Tehran Prosecutor will act according to his legal duty in this regard.
The Chief Justice, referring to the recent crime of enemy-dependent mercenaries in martyring five Faraja forces in Iranshahr, Sistan and Baluchestan, said: I congratulate and condole the martyrdom of the Faraja forces by elements affiliated with foreigners to their honorable families and the commander of Faraja. All sectors and responsible institutions must strive to eradicate the roots of such crimes and eliminate the perpetrators, agents, and supporters of these crimes against the servants of public security.
The head of the judiciary, referring to the unparalleled glory and manifestation of solidarity and sacrifice of the people in the service stations set up in the final days of the month of Safar and their service to the pilgrims of Razavi, said: During the final days of the month of Safar, coinciding with the passing anniversary of the Holy Prophet of Islam and Imam Hassan al-Mujtaba (AS) and Imam Reza (AS), I had the honor to converse and sit more with the people and pilgrims of the holy shrine of Razavi, and to be present in several service stations established to serve the pilgrims of Razavi. Truly, the manifestations of solidarity, sacrifice, charity, unity, sincerity of the people, and their love and devotion to the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) were eye-catching and impressive.
Mohseni Ejei added: In the conversations I had with them, they had a few specific requests from me, including to convey their greetings to the Supreme Leader and to devise measures so that in the judicial authorities, the treatment of clients would be more generous and respectful, and that more speed and accuracy would be considered in handling cases. These are the expectations of the people from us judicial officials, which we must accept wholeheartedly and strive to implement.
The head of the judiciary added: Interestingly, many of the Razavi pilgrims and those who served the Razavi pilgrims in the service stations wished to be sent to Gaza to help the people and children of Gaza and to fight against the criminal and murderous Zionists.
