SAEDNEWS: More than 20 people have been injured after a car ploughed into a crowd in East Hollywood, Los Angeles.
The incident in the centre of the US city appears to have taken place in the early hours of Saturday morning (July 19), The Manchester Evening News reported.
The LA Fire Department posted details of the incident which took place on Santa Monica Boulevard at 1.59am local time.
According to the fire department, at least four to five people are estimated to be in a critical condition.
Eight to 10 people are in a serious condition while 10 to 15 people are in a 'fair' condition, according to the fire department.
The LA Fire Department have been coordinating patient triage and transport while the police department have been in route.
