Saed News:The French Foreign Minister said: We believe that the diplomatic initiative is meant to pave the way for negotiations regarding Iran’s nuclear program. The Iranian Foreign Minister expressed his willingness to continue talks on the nuclear issue.
According to Saed News, citing Mehr: Jean-Noël Barrot, the French Foreign Minister, said today, Friday, after the conclusion of the Geneva meeting with his Iranian counterpart:
“There is no military solution to Iran’s nuclear issue.”
The French Foreign Minister added:
“We spoke with the Iranian Foreign Minister because there is no military solution to Iran’s nuclear issue. The purpose of the negotiations with Iran is to reduce tensions in the region.”
Jean-Noël Barrot further stated:
“We believe that the diplomatic initiative is meant to pave the way for negotiations regarding Iran’s nuclear program.”
