Mozzarella cheese: as needed
Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Bell pepper: 1 piece
Mushrooms: as needed
Ground meat: 300 grams
Large onion: 1 piece
Salt, pepper, and spices: as needed
Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
Oil: 1/2 cup
Sifted flour: 2 cups
Yogurt: 1 cup
Eggs: 4

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and oil using a mixer until well combined. Then add the yogurt and baking powder, and mix together. Finally, gradually add the sifted flour, mixing thoroughly until smooth.
Finely chop the onion and sauté it until softened. Add the ground meat and season with turmeric. Once the meat releases its juices and it evaporates, add the tomato paste, salt, and spices, and mix well. Add the bell pepper and mushrooms, and sauté everything thoroughly (similar to preparing pasta filling).
Line the bottom of a medium-sized baking pan with parchment paper and grease the sides. Pour half of the dough into the pan, spreading it evenly. Gently spread the filling over the dough and sprinkle half of the cheese on top. Pour the remaining dough over the filling, smoothing it out, and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the cake for 45 minutes until the dough is fully cooked and slightly puffed. If desired, turn on the grill for a few minutes at the end to brown the cheese. Let the cake cool slightly before transferring it to a serving dish. Decorate as you like and serve.
