How to Make Saffron Ganache

  1. Place the breakfast cream in a small nonstick pan over low heat.

  2. As soon as the edges of the cream start to simmer, add the chopped white chocolate.

  3. Stir in the saffron powder and mix continuously until the ingredients are smooth and the color brightens, then turn off the heat.

  4. Add the butter (at room temperature) and stir well. For extra shine, you can add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.
