SAEDNEWS: The American source reported that Yahya al-Sinwar, the head of the political office of Hamas sent a message to the Arab mediators about talks this week in a last-ditch bid to reach a cease-fire in Gaza.
According to SAEDNEWS, In a recent report, Hamas leader Yahya al-Sinwar emphasized the critical condition tied to the ongoing ceasefire discussions in Gaza. He stated that if the Israeli regime is genuinely committed to these talks and wishes for Hamas to engage, it must first halt its military operations in the region.
The Wall Street Journal noted that Al-Sinwar's message has been communicated to Arab mediators. However, there are doubts regarding whether the Israeli authorities will respond positively to this request.
Adding to the tension, reports from Israeli media have indicated that the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, will not be sending a delegation to Qatar for the scheduled ceasefire negotiations and prisoner exchange talks set for Thursday.
