SAEDNEWS: Kendall Jenner has highlighted an intriguing connection between her life growing up in the limelight and the dual existence of Miley Cyrus’s character in Hannah Montana.
According to SAEDNEWS, During a recent episode of the Anything Goes podcast, the 28-year-old model and reality TV personality reflected on how her childhood experiences mirrored those of the cherished Disney Channel character.
In a recent conversation with host Emma Chamberlain, Kendall Jenner shared insights about her unique experience with fame, drawing an interesting comparison to Hannah Montana. “It’s a little Hannah Montana-y in a way,” she remarked, adding, “But I didn’t have a disguise, or I didn’t have a physical shift.” While Hannah Montana led a double life as a teenage pop star, Kendall's journey has been about navigating stardom without an alter ego.
Reflecting on her childhood, Jenner noted that she was just 10 years old when Keeping Up with the Kardashians debuted. Despite the whirlwind of fame, she and her family made efforts to maintain some level of normalcy. “We went to school. We went to school as long as we could,” she recalled. “I started home school, 11th and 12th grade … so even though we had a TV show at home, we were going to regular school all day and had our friends that we had from before the show started.”
Growing up in the limelight came with its challenges, but Jenner feels fortunate for the relatively normal life she experienced. “It wasn’t always easy, but it did feel kind of normal,” she admitted. “Overall, I am really grateful because I think it could have been a lot worse.” Amid the pressures of public scrutiny and entering adulthood at a young age, she found solace in the stability and love offered by her family. “Kylie and I, the one thing we had was a lot of stability, a lot of love and a really great support system and really great friends,” she expressed.
Discussing her relationships, Kendall, who has been associated with Bad Bunny and Devin Booker, also acknowledged the advantages of having older siblings who paved the way for her. “We had older siblings that we got to see do things before us and lead us in a way,” she explained.
In a 2023 interview with WSJ. Magazine, Kendall opened up about her journey to acceptance regarding her public life, revealing that it took nearly 20 years for her to feel at ease. “I was born into this life, but I didn’t choose this life,” she reflected. “I’m not built for this by any means. I’m not good at it. I do it, and I’ve learned how to do it.”
