SAEDNEWS: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi appointed Kazem Gharibabadi as the Islamic Republic's Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs.
According to SAEDNEWS, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has officially appointed Kazem Gharibabadi as the Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs.
Just last week, the Iranian newspaper Agah reported that Gharibabadi was expected to take on this important role as the main nuclear negotiator for Iran.
Currently, Gharibabadi serves as the deputy of Iran's Judiciary for international affairs and is also the Secretary of Iran's High Council for Human Rights.
With this new position, Gharibabadi will focus on legal and international matters within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and lead Iran's negotiations in nuclear discussions, according to the newspaper.
