SAEDNEWS: The spokesperson of the Iranian foreign ministry strongly condemned the Monday terrorist attack at the Karachi airport in Pakistan, which resulted in the death and wounding of a number of Pakistan and Chinese citizens
According to SAEDNEWS, Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned the recent terrorist attack at Karachi's Jinnah International Airport in Pakistan. The attack resulted in the deaths and injuries of several citizens from both Pakistan and China.
Esmail Baghei, the spokesperson for the ministry, expressed deep sorrow over the incident, which occurred on Sunday night and claimed the lives of two Chinese nationals. He offered condolences to the survivors and to the governments of Pakistan and China.
Baghei emphasized that all forms of terrorism violate international law and human rights. He called for increased cooperation among countries to combat this serious issue. He stated, "The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to strengthen cooperation with all countries, especially neighboring countries, to prevent and counter the spread of terrorism and insecurity in the region."
As details of the attack continue to emerge, Iran stands firm in its support for a united front against terrorism.
