4 chicken breasts
2 teaspoons salt and pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices of beef ham
1/2 cup mustard sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fried onions
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups grated pizza cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1-1.5 cm thickness
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Lightly fry the beef ham slices in a large frying pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the mustard sauce, honey, mayonnaise, and chopped onions. Set aside half of the sauce for later use and refrigerate it.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then add the chicken breasts. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the chicken from the pan and place it in a medium baking dish. Drizzle the mustard-honey sauce over each chicken breast, then layer with mushrooms, beef ham, and grated cheese.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the chicken is fully cooked.
