How to Make Chocolate Ice Cream

  1. Cut the chocolate or cocoa into pieces and melt it using the double boiler method (on steam). Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool at room temperature.

  2. Pour the milk into a small pot and add the cooled melted chocolate to it. Stir the chocolate into the milk with a wooden spoon.

  3. Sift the flour twice to make it soft and smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour to the chocolate milk mixture and stir.

  4. Add the heavy cream to the pot and mix it with the other ingredients. If the cream forms lumps, mash them with the back of the spoon and dissolve them into the milk.

  5. Once all the ingredients are well mixed and no lumps remain, place the pot over low heat and stir continuously to prevent the cream from curdling.

  6. When the mixture thickens and has a custard-like consistency, remove it from the heat.

  7. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it into an airtight container and place it in the freezer.

  8. Every 30 minutes, take the ice cream out of the freezer, stir it with a spoon, and return it to the freezer. Repeat this process 3-4 times to ensure the center freezes properly.

  9. The homemade chocolate ice cream is ready. You can serve it as desired.
