Milk: 1 cup
Melted chocolate: 3 tablespoons
Flour: 1 tablespoon
Heavy cream: 3 tablespoons
Cut the chocolate or cocoa into pieces and melt it using the double boiler method (on steam). Once the chocolate is melted, let it cool at room temperature.
Pour the milk into a small pot and add the cooled melted chocolate to it. Stir the chocolate into the milk with a wooden spoon.
Sift the flour twice to make it soft and smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour to the chocolate milk mixture and stir.
