Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • Half a cup of tahini

  • 1 cup of shredded coconut

  • Desired nuts

Grind the coconut until it becomes slightly powdery. Mix the tahini, honey, and ground cardamom until a dough forms. In a container lined with cling film, place the nuts and smooth the mixture over them. Let it chill in the refrigerator for two hours before cutting it. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to two months.
