According to SAEDNEWS, coffee cheesecake is a favorite in many modern cafes, known for its rich and luxurious flavor. Here, we provide a step-by-step guide to make a delicious coffee cheesecake, complete with a biscuit base, creamy cheese layer, and a chocolate-coffee topping.

Ingredients for Coffee Cheesecake

  • Oreo biscuits or Petit Beurre biscuits: 200 grams

  • Butter: 70 grams

  • Whipping cream: 300 grams

  • Cream cheese: 500 grams

  • Powdered sugar: 5 tablespoons

  • Dark chocolate: 150 grams

  • Brewed coffee: 80 grams

  • Gelatin: 20 grams

Instructions for Making No-Bake Coffee Cheesecake

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base

Begin by crushing the biscuits in a food processor or placing them in a thick plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin until they turn into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed biscuits. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your chosen mold using the bottom of a glass. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Step 2: Prepare the Coffee

Brew the coffee using your preferred method, such as Turkish coffee, instant coffee, or espresso, and let it cool. Alternatively, dissolve 1 teaspoon of instant coffee in 80 grams of boiling water. Once the coffee has cooled, mix in the gelatin.

Step 3: Prepare the Gelatin

Stir the gelatin and then melt it using a double boiler (bain-marie) by placing it over steam from a kettle until it becomes transparent.

Step 4: Prepare the Cream Mixture

Allow the whipping cream to sit at room temperature until it is semi-frozen, then whip it until it forms stiff peaks. Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing well until smooth and combined.

Step 5: Melt the Chocolate

Chop the chocolate and melt it over steam using the double boiler method. Let it cool slightly, then add it to the cream mixture along with the gelatin. Mix well until everything is fully combined.

Step 6: Assemble the Cheesecake

Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the cream mixture over the biscuit base. Smooth the top and place it back in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to set.

Step 7: Serve the Cheesecake

After 6 hours, remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator. Carefully release the cheesecake from the mold and transfer it to a serving dish. Slice and enjoy your delicious no-bake coffee cheesecake!
