As a result, a significant amount of interdisciplinary research has been dedicated to the relationship between science and religion. What we present intermittently to our esteemed readers are some studies that explain the medical verses of the Quran and expand the relationship between medicine and the Quran. Most of these writings are taken and adapted from the book "Medicine and the Quran" by the Quranic Research Foundation of the Seminary and University.

The word "Satan" comes from the root "shatana," meaning "an evil and harmful entity." This term does not exclusively refer to the devil, but rather to anything or anyone that causes harm. In this narration, Satan is interpreted as a "germ" that harms humans.
