SAEDNEWS: The leader of the Iranian student scientific teams highlighted the success and brilliance of Iranian inventor students in the 2024 World Science and Inventions Competition in Indonesia, stating: In this competition, Iranian teams won 5 gold medals and 2 special awards.

According to SAEDNEWS, Mehdi Rashidi Jahani, the leader of the Iranian student scientific teams, commented on the 2024 World Science and Inventions Competition in Indonesia, which took place from November 5 (15 Aban) for six days. He stated: This competition featured 1098 teams from 24 countries in 8 technical and engineering disciplines, chemistry and nanotechnology, biotechnology and environmental sciences, energy engineering, physics and astronomy, artificial intelligence and technology, social sciences, and educational technologies. Iran participated with 3 teams in person and 2 teams online in these competitions.

5 Gold Medals for Iranian Inventor Students

He added that this competition was held in both in-person and online formats. Countries such as Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia, Romania, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkmenistan, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, the UAE, India, Hong Kong, China, and others participated. Iranian inventor students won 5 gold medals and 2 special awards in the 2024 World Science and Inventions Competition in Indonesia.

Special Award from the Patent Organization

Rashidi Jahani mentioned: The team consisting of Ilya Majidzadeh and Parsa Karimi won a gold medal and the special award from the Malaysian Patent and Innovation Organization in the technical and engineering category. Additionally, the team of Amirabbas Kavousi Amin and Artin Salari won a gold medal in technical and engineering, and Nima Sohrabi in the artificial intelligence technology category won a gold medal and the special award from Romania.

He also added: The Vahleh team, consisting of Artin Ramtin, Niki Abtahi, Baran Bahman, Sarina Nasrati, and Mohammad Hossein Ezati in the environmental science category, and the team of Baran Derakhshandeh, Darya Sari, Paniz Khalaji Far, Golshid Shirvani, and Yasaman Saidi in the biotechnology category, earned 2 additional gold medals for Iran in this competition.
