SAEDNEWS: This cake has an incredibly soft, airy, and delicious texture. I definitely recommend trying it.

Vegetable oil: 1 cup
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Milk: ½ cup
Cocoa powder: ½ cup
Eggs: 2
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
Instant coffee (optional): 1 tbsp
Whisk the milk and sugar together for a few minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Add the cocoa powder, instant coffee (if using), and vegetable oil. Continue whisking until you have a smooth, uniform chocolate sauce.
Reserve about 8 tablespoons of this sauce for later.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the remaining chocolate mixture and mix well.
Gently fold in the flour and baking powder until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can prevent the cake from rising properly.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, check with a wooden skewer. If it comes out clean, remove the cake from the oven. Avoid overbaking to prevent dryness.
While the cake is still hot, pour the reserved chocolate sauce over it, letting it soak in.
