Davud Pasha is somewhat similar to Fesenjan, but it has its differences. This stew, despite its deliciousness, is not difficult to prepare. You just need to combine the ingredients of several stews to make Davud Pasha at home! So, let's get started.

Ingredients for Davud Pasha Stew:

  • Ground beef: 350 grams

  • Grated onion (semi-drained): 1 large onion

  • Spices: salt, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Onion: 1 medium

  • Salt, turmeric, and black pepper

  • Ground walnuts: 2 tbsp

  • Dried mint: 1 heaping tbsp

  • Pomegranate paste (sweet): 2 tbsp

  • Pomegranate juice: half a glass

  • Water: half a glass

How to prepare: Mix the ground meat with the spices well and refrigerate for half an hour.
