Saed News: The Deputy of Health at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences identified heart attack, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and osteoporosis as some of the most important chronic diseases that are directly linked to lifestyle.
According to the Family Health Service of Saed News, Mohammad Reza Sohrabi stated that women's health is of great importance, and improving their well-being plays a significant role in enhancing the health of the entire society.
He emphasized the connection between various issues and women’s health, noting that factors such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, and taking on the roles of wife and mother affect women’s overall health.
Highlighting the key role of women in choosing and promoting a healthy lifestyle within the family, Sohrabi stressed the need to improve women’s health literacy and emphasized that adopting a healthy lifestyle requires collective participation and shared wisdom.
He described women as the cornerstone of family health, explaining that, in addition to providing health care for other family members, women also serve as role models for healthy living for the next generation.

To maintain good health, Sohrabi advised everyone, especially women, to engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week.
