SAEDNEWS: Venezuela’s vice president announced that no information is currently available regarding the location of Nicolás Maduro.
According to Saed News political desk, Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez said today, following U.S. claims that President Nicolás Maduro and his wife had been detained and removed from the country, that “we have no information about the president’s location.”
She added, “We demand proof that Maduro and his wife are alive.”
Earlier, the President of the United States posted a message on his social media platform Truth Social, referring to what he described as a military operation carried out in the early hours of today on Venezuelan territory. He claimed that “America’s major operation against Venezuela and its president was successful.”
He alleged that Maduro, who was accompanied by his wife, had been arrested and that both had been taken out of Venezuela.
According to CBS News, the arrest was carried out by Delta Force, the elite special operations unit of the U.S. military.
