Saed News: The Iraqi Al-Ahd network announced today, Tuesday, the determination of the burial site for the pure body of Martyr Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah in Lebanon.
According to Saed News, the Iraqi Al-Ahd network, citing informed sources within Hezbollah, reported that the body of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, the martyred Secretary-General of the movement, is set to be buried in a plot of land near the old road leading to Beirut International Airport. A shrine will later be constructed at this location.
Hezbollah has not yet issued a statement regarding this matter. According to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, citing informed sources, Hezbollah officials plan to bury their former Secretary-General's body in a plot of land along the old road leading to Rafic Hariri International Airport. This site is intended to be transformed into a shrine.
The Saudi-owned London-based newspaper claims that preparations are underway for a joint funeral procession for the martyrs Nasrallah and Hashem Safi al-Din, the head of Hezbollah's Executive Council. As per Safi al-Din's will, his body will be buried in his hometown of "Deir Qanoun" in Tyre.
On the evening of Friday, September 27, the Israeli military targeted Hezbollah's command center with at least 80 bunker-busting bombs. The following day, Hezbollah issued a statement confirming the martyrdom of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah in the attack.
