• Dark date syrup
• Roasted sesame seeds
• Ginger (Khosrudar variety)

1. Remove the pits from the dates and discard them.
2. Layer the dates and sesame seeds alternately in a serving dish.
3. Heat the date syrup over low heat until it becomes runny.
4. Add ginger, Khosrudar, and a small amount of cinnamon to the syrup and mix well.
5. Pour the warm syrup over the layered dates and let it sit for 3 to 5 days to absorb the flavors.
