Chopped meat: 400 grams
Chopped green onions: 3 pieces
Chopped sweet potatoes: 2 medium-sized
White flour: 2 tablespoons
Cream: 2 tablespoons
Chopped colored bell pepper: 1 small
Oil: for frying
Salt and pepper: to taste
How to make Potato and Meat Soup:
Cut the meat into small pieces and cook or fry according to preference.
In a pan, sauté the chopped onions until golden, then add the chopped bell pepper and continue frying.
Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and sauté for a bit, then add one tablespoon of flour.
Next, add the cooked meat with 2 cups of meat broth, cooked corn, and herbs. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.

In a pot, heat olive oil and then add the chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 7-8 minutes.
