  • 100 grams of pizza cheese

  • Garlic powder to taste

  • 500 grams of ground beef

  • Enough breadcrumbs

  • Salt, black pepper, and turmeric to taste

Instructions for Meat Nuggets:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: Start by peeling and washing the onion, then squeeze out all the water. Add the ground beef to the onion and knead well. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, turmeric, and garlic powder over the mixture and mix thoroughly. Add the pizza cheese and knead again. Process the mixture in a meat grinder or food processor to make it cohesive. Be careful not to over-grind, as it can ruin the texture.

  2. Form the Nuggets: Pour breadcrumbs into a plate. In a small, deep pan, heat enough oil to submerge the nuggets over low heat. Take a falafel-sized amount of the mixture, shape it into a ball with your hands, and roll it in the breadcrumbs. Place the prepared nuggets on a plate. Create a hole in the center of each nugget with a toothpick to ensure thorough cooking. You can also use a falafel mold to shape the nuggets.

  3. Fry the Nuggets: Place the prepared nuggets in the hot oil and keep the heat low to cook them through. Turn them over to fry the other side. Once fried, arrange the nuggets on a serving dish and enjoy with sauce and bread.
