Ingredients for making Sanandaj Qeimeh Kourg:
1 kg of fresh leeks (tareh)
1 medium onion
700 grams ground meat (beef or lamb)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red pepper (optional, for heat)

Prepare the Ingredients:
Wash the leeks thoroughly and chop them finely. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Cook the Meat:
In a large pan, add the ground meat and chopped onion. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned and the onions are soft.
Add Spices and Leeks:
Add salt, turmeric, and red pepper to the meat mixture. Stir well to combine. Then add the chopped leeks and mix everything thoroughly.
