Warm milk: 1 cup
Warm water: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 cup
Fine sugar: 2 teaspoons
Instant yeast: 1 tablespoon
Flour: 4 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sausage, ham (salami), olives, bell pepper, mushrooms, mozzarella or pizza cheese (grated): as needed
In a bowl, combine the milk, water, oil, instant yeast, and sugar. Stir well. If using dry yeast, first mix it with the milk and sugar, cover the bowl, and let it rest for about 10 minutes to activate the yeast before adding it to the other ingredients.
Gradually add the sifted flour and salt, mixing until the dough forms. Knead until smooth and soft.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
While the dough is resting, chop all your pizza toppings and set them aside.
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thickness after it has rested.
Use a round cutter or a glass to cut the dough into circles. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread pizza sauce over each dough circle, followed by a layer of cheese. Add your desired toppings (sausage, ham, olives, peppers, etc.) and top with more cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the mini pizzas for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Your mini pizzas are ready! Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
Flour: 1 cup
Olive oil: as needed
Pizza dough: 225 g
Grated mozzarella: 1 cup
Tomato: 1 large
Grease a cupcake pan with olive oil and preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Lightly flour a smooth surface and roll out the pizza dough. Cut it into circles with a 15 cm (6 inch) diameter.
Press the dough circles into the cupcake pan, covering the entire surface. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the dough and add a little cheese.
Chop the tomato and add a little to each pan. You can also add mushrooms, cooked meat, or any other toppings you prefer.
Cover the toppings with more cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the pizzas turn golden.
Once done, remove the pan from the oven, let the mini pizzas cool slightly, then remove them from the pan and serve with your favorite sauce.
Grated sausage: 1
Chopped salami (ham): 10 slices
Cherry tomatoes: 1
Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
Pizza cheese: 1 handful
Bell peppers and corn: a small amount
Oregano and tomato sauce: as needed
Heat a small frying pan with a little oil.
Place the pizza dough in the pan and spread it out evenly.
Spread tomato sauce over the dough (you can use the back of a spoon to help spread it). Make sure not to spread the sauce all the way to the edge of the dough (leave about 1 cm).
Sprinkle some pizza cheese over the sauce.
Layer the grated sausage and chopped salami on top, followed by the remaining cheese.
Add sliced cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and corn on top, then sprinkle some oregano.
Cover the pan and cook over low heat on the stove, allowing the mini pizza to cook through (use a lid to trap the steam and avoid the pizza becoming too dry).
Serve the mini pizzas hot with your favorite sauce.
Enjoy your homemade mini pizzas, perfect for any occasion!
