Cracked barley: 1/2 cup
Lentils: 3/4 cup
Olive oil: 4 tablespoons

Chopped mushrooms: 150 grams

Red pepper: 1 teaspoon
Thyme: 2 teaspoons
Flour: 1/2 cup
Chopped parsley: 1/4 cup
Chopped walnuts: 1/4 cup

Cook the Barley:
In a medium pot, combine 1.5 cups of water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add the barley and bring to a boil.
