  • Boneless, skinless chicken: 900 g

  • Garlic powder: ¼ teaspoon

  • Onion: 1 (finely chopped)

  • Breadcrumbs: 60 g

  • Water: 5 teaspoons

  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Instructions for a Healthy Chicken Burger:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Wash the chicken thoroughly, remove excess fat, and grind it using a meat grinder. Avoid over-grinding to prevent a mushy texture.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:
