Meat
Quince
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Salt, turmeric, and black pepper
Dried plums (aloobukhara)
Oil, verjuice (ab-ghooreh), or lemon juice (optional)
Prepare the Meat: Cut the lamb into medium-sized pieces.
Sauté Onions: In a pot, heat some oil and sauté sliced onions until golden.
Brown the Meat: Add the lamb pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
