To prepare Jaghoor Baghoor, thoroughly clean and wash the liver, heart, and kidneys. First, cook the chopped white liver separately with some water and spices. Meanwhile, prepare crispy fried onions, then fry the white liver along with the heart, kidneys, and black liver in lamb fat.

Next, add some spices and let the dish cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed. Then, add chopped tomatoes and wait for them to soften slightly. Finally, pour in fresh Seville orange juice or lemon juice, turn off the heat, and that's it! You’ve just made a delicious Jaghoor Baghoor. 🤗
