According to the political service of Saed News, citing Kayhan, the international news agency Reuters placed the remarks of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in its top headlines. The remarks were made on Saturday in a meeting with the heads of government branches and a group of state officials.
Reuters' selected headline for the Supreme Leader's statements read: "Tehran will not negotiate under U.S. bullying pressure."
The Western media outlet referred to U.S. President Donald Trump's claim about sending a letter to Iran, writing: According to Ayatollah Khamenei, Washington’s goal in negotiations is to impose its demands.
Reuters also highlighted another part of the Supreme Leader’s statements, in which he emphasized that Western demands will not be limited to the nuclear issue. The report stated: Ayatollah Khamenei declared that he would not accept these demands.
The English edition of the Zionist newspaper The Times of Israel also featured the Supreme Leader’s remarks prominently, quoting him as saying: Iran will not negotiate with a bullying power over the nuclear deal.
This Zionist media outlet described the Supreme Leader's remarks as a response to Trump’s claim about sending a letter to Iran and wrote: The Iranian leader rejected negotiations while the U.S. president had written a letter requesting talks with Tehran about the nuclear issue.
Agence France-Presse (AFP) also covered the statements under the headline: "After Trump’s threat, Iran’s Leader condemns his bullying tactics."
AFP emphasized the Supreme Leader's statement that their negotiations are not for resolving issues, quoting Ayatollah Khamenei as saying: They insist on negotiations, but their goal is domination.

This English-language outlet referred to the U.S. withdrawal from the nuclear deal during Trump's first term, noting: It was Trump who exited a landmark agreement between Iran and world powers, which had imposed restrictions on Iran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.
