SAEDNEWS: One of the largest industrial freezers of the Zionist regime has reported a technical malfunction in its temperature control systems, causing hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses.
Following the incident, the Shlomo Insurance Company in the occupied territories announced that the damage caused by the disruption in the facility's industrial equipment is not covered by insurance.
This meat storage and production center in Beit Shemesh was forced to remove hundreds of tons of meat from production and processing following the incident.
According to technical experts, due to an abnormal temperature rise in the freezer chambers—while the control systems displayed the correct temperature of -18°C—a large amount of meat stored in the facility’s industrial refrigerators completely thawed and spoiled.
The insurance company stated that since the cause of the incident remains unknown, it cannot fulfill its insurance obligations.
This is one of several recent cases of large-scale food spoilage within the past month, where spoiled food was refrozen and distributed among residents of the occupied territories.
