SAEDNEWS: The advisor to the Supreme Leader said: During the recent war, I was contacted and told I had 12 hours to leave the country. I also knew where they were calling from, so I gave Netanyahu a fitting response.
According to a Saed news, Ali Larijani, advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, said on a television program regarding the 12-day war:
"Trump was aware of the Zionist regime’s aggression against Iran and had planned for it, but he deceived the people with his words. One day before the Zionist regime’s attack, he announced that negotiations with Iran were ongoing. However, after the attack, he stated that he had given Iran 60 days, and that today was the 61st day. This shows he was being deceptive."
He said: "On that day, Iran launched a new type of missile response that had a significant impact, while the enemy simultaneously had a precise plan to destroy Iran’s political structure. The G7 summit issued a statement supporting Israel's right to defend itself, and Western officials like Macron and Trump openly sided with Tel Aviv."
He continued: "On the same day, Netanyahu declared that assassinating Iran’s leadership would end tensions rather than escalate them. Additionally, an operation was carried out against the Supreme National Security Council, aiming to eliminate the heads of the branches of power. However, this operation failed."
Larijani then referred to the spontaneous presence of the people on the scene, saying: "Contrary to the enemy’s expectation of internal division and discord, the Iranian nation showed unprecedented unity regardless of political affiliations. Even some government opponents stood behind Iran. This reaction was not simply out of hatred for the enemy, but rooted in the ancient civilization and national identity of the Iranian people."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor compared the social conditions of Iran and the Zionist regime: "The Zionist regime is a collection of immigrants who return to their country of origin in times of crisis, but the Iranian people are not the type to flee. The enemy did not understand this."
He also referred to the events of Tuesday, June 16, and Wednesday, June 17 (the fifth and sixth days of the war): "During these days, Iran intensified its operations. The West became worried. Trump left the G7 summit and ordered the Defense Minister to be on alert, intending to intimidate. But they continued talking about assassinating the leadership and toppling the regime."
Larijani emphasized: "The German Chancellor praised Israel’s military attack, and Trump said Iran must surrender unconditionally. These indicated a short-term, shock plan to collapse Iran."
He referred to Netanyahu’s remarks on the sixth day of the war, in which he said: "This war can accelerate the Abraham Accords, and its ultimate goal is the overthrow of the Islamic Republic."
Larijani mocked Netanyahu’s statements about Cyrus, saying: "The Iranian people do not even consider Netanyahu worthy of account; he compares himself to Cyrus, who is said to have been a prophet, incomparable to Netanyahu."
The Supreme Leader’s senior advisor, referring to the recent war between Iran and the Zionist regime and the U.S., said: "Trump initially announced he would wait two weeks for Iran to reach a conclusion, but that was just a deception; two days after these remarks, he ordered the attack on Iran."
He also referred to Trump’s order on the tenth day of the war, which led to attacks on Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz facilities, stating: "The U.S. Defense Minister immediately after these attacks said in an interview that we destroyed all of Iran’s nuclear industries and now must decide how to end the war."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor stressed that Iran’s enemies tried to disrupt order through psychological operations but failed.
He added: "The people came to the scene and stood behind the regime, and now America and Israel seek to end the war."
Ali Larijani said: "When Trump says he gives 60 days to surrender, it means the Security Council and other international bodies have no value."
He considered these remarks as pointing to the unreliability of foreign threats and pressures, which were only for deception and psychological pressure.
Referring to the Supreme Leader’s important speech on the same day, he said: "The Leader firmly responded to the enemy and emphasized that Iran will not surrender. This speech destroyed all of Trump and the West’s illusions."
Larijani stated: "The enemies’ plan to overthrow the regime in less than six days was defeated by the resistance of the people and wise leadership. From the hidden layers of this war, it can be understood that they had gone beyond mere military attack and pursued a comprehensive national collapse project; a project that, with God’s grace and the vigilance of the Iranian nation, ended in failure."
Referring to Thursday, June 18 (the seventh day of the war), he said: "An Israeli officer said on this day that the situation in the occupied cities resembled a war zone. Scenes I saw from Tel Aviv reminded me of Khan Yunis and Beit Hanoun."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor continued: "Iran’s missile strikes had more impact than the enemy imagined. On the same day, Trump said he had not decided to attack yet but implicitly considered the Islamic Republic to be on the verge of collapse. This means the plan to topple Iran was still alive in their minds."
He added: "On the same day, religious authorities, including Grand Ayatollah Sistani, issued important and warning statements explicitly about the threat to Iran’s leadership, saying that if the leadership were assassinated, the entire region would be transformed. This intervention by the religious authorities sent a clear message to the enemies that they face the entire Islamic movement."
Referring to Friday, June 19 (the eighth day of the war), Larijani said: "The effects of Iran’s missile strikes became clear, and Israel came under severe pressure. The London Times wrote that Israel entered the war beyond its capacity. On this day, Netanyahu, who had spoken of regime change before, changed his position and said this issue belongs to the Iranian people."
He also spoke about the support of Arab countries for the Islamic Republic of Iran against external threats, saying: "Israel tried to isolate Iran from other countries, but the Arab countries stood behind the Iranian regime."
Larijani continued: "They said we entered the war with technology, pointing to the real weakness of the enemies in confronting the power and will of the Iranian nation."
He also referred to Zionist regime elements calling Iranian officials and threatening them, saying: "During the recent war, I received a call telling me I had 12 hours to leave the country, otherwise my life would be in danger and they would send me to join my friends, Martyr Bagheri and Martyr Salami."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor added: "I knew where they were calling from and gave them an answer befitting Mr. Netanyahu."
Larijani emphasized: "In response, Iran attacked a U.S. base with 14 missiles. Although Trump claimed only one missile hit, independent and security sources reported six missiles struck targets, each carrying 400 kilograms of explosives. Media attributed the U.S. cover-up to fear of damaging Trump’s reputation among the public."
He said some sources reported at least 250 deaths in the Zionist regime, adding: "On one day during the war, Rabbi Isaac told American Jews that the situation in the occupied territories was severe, and that they had to jump into shelters at midnight until 4 a.m.; the shots were accurate and deadly."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor said: "The reputable Foreign Policy magazine wrote in an analysis that the U.S.’s unplanned entry into this war turned into a strategic defeat." The magazine warned that if Washington tries to achieve major goals such as regime change in Iran through limited operations, it will face a heavier defeat.
Larijani said: "On Tuesday, June 23, a ceasefire was officially declared. John Kerry, former U.S. Secretary of State, bluntly said: ‘You cannot destroy Iran’s memory and knowledge through bombing. Iranians are a proud nation.’ On the same day, a former Trump advisor emphasized the ceasefire was to save Israel because the Zionist regime’s ammunition reserves were depleted and its defense was effectively disabled."
He continued: "According to the statistical institute ‘Statista,’ in a global survey of 4 million people after the ceasefire announcement, over 59% considered Iran the victor, while only 41% voted for Israel."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor stressed: "In one historic phrase, Donald Trump said after the ceasefire: ‘Netanyahu and I went through hell together, in a battle with an old, powerful, and skilled enemy called Iran.’ A statement from a warmongering U.S. president that smells mostly of defeat."
Larijani stated: "As the Supreme Leader warned in his first message, this war will end for Iran’s enemies with regret and misery; today, even the White House admits this."
He said: "Reputable American media now speak differently about a bitter reality for Israel: ‘Israel can no longer dictate regional order.’ Recent war developments and Israel’s obvious defeat, contrary to the past year’s military operations in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, have shown that the myth of Zionist military superiority in the Middle East has ended."
The Supreme Leader’s advisor said: "According to analysts, the Zionists’ and some Western circles’ mindset behind this war was the fragmentation of Iran. They knew that as long as a united Iran with its civilization and large population exists, the dream of a ‘New Middle East’ or the ‘Abraham Plan’ will not come true. But the 12-day defeat destroyed this strategy."
Larijani noted: "David Hesh, an American expert, said: ‘It only took 12 days for Israel to realize that Netanyahu’s claimed victory turned into a strategic defeat.’ More interestingly, Donald Trump admitted in a meeting he thought would not be broadcast: ‘Iran’s ballistic missiles destroyed many buildings in Israel... we took a heavy blow.’"
He added: "The bigger shock was in international institutions. The behavior of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s director-general, who did not mention the illegality of the attack on Iran’s peaceful facilities, destroyed public trust in the ‘non-prolifer
