Statement Issued by the IRGC Following Israel's Attack on Iran

The brutal, child-killing, and wolf-like Zionist regime, continuing its crimes against the Islamic homeland, once again demonstrated the depth of its fear and desperation before the truth and enlightenment by committing an overt crime—directly attacking one of the key pillars of the resistance media front, namely the building of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) and the news network’s studio.

This cowardly terrorist act was not merely an attack on a media building, but an open aggression against “the people’s right to know,” “freedom of information flow,” and the “truth-telling media”; a media at the forefront of the cognitive battle, narrating the oppression of the Palestinian people, exposing the ongoing crimes of the usurping Zionist regime, and unveiling the fabrications of the Zionist-Western media empire.

By strongly condemning this heinous and anti-human terrorist act, we consider it a clear sign of the failure of the enemy’s media strategy in the face of the awareness-raising and awakening epic being created by the national media these days, and its impatience with the dominance of the resistance narrative over the minds of the region and the world.

The voice of truth is unstoppable, and the enemies of the Iranian nation and the resistance front will never be able to bombard the truth by attacking buildings. Glory and honor to the warriors and media comrades, the patient, committed, and determined reporters and staff of the news network, especially the brave and steadfast anchor Ms. Emami, who in the midst of danger stayed in the field of information dissemination, reporting moment-by-moment on the proud and anti-Zionist Operation Va’deh Sadegh 3, standing firm and through continuous live broadcasting and transmitting realities, once again embodied the mission of media aligned with the Islamic Revolution and worthy of the powerful Iranian nation.

The Public Relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps considers this attack a living proof of the enemy’s savagery and anger at the “power of narrative” of the front of truth. While honoring the steadfastness of the media children of the revolution, it emphasizes the importance of synergy between the battlefield and the media in confronting the Zionist enemy and declares the full support of the powerful popular Guard for journalists, documentary makers, and media warriors on the path of exposing the crimes of the brutal and fake regime and its wicked and satanic supporters.
