250g beef
1 onion
6 mushrooms
1 bell pepper
Hamburger or toast buns as needed
Salt, black pepper, turmeric as needed
20g butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
3 slices cheddar cheese
1/3 tsp salt and black pepper each
First, peel and finely chop the onion into strips, then sauté it in oil until it becomes soft. Next, add the beef along with the spices and stir until the beef is well cooked and changes color. Adding the spices along with the beef helps to eliminate the strong smell of the meat.
Then, wash the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté them in a pan until the excess moisture from the mushrooms evaporates. After that, wash the bell pepper, finely dice it, and sauté until the mixture becomes even. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a bit.
