How to Make Spinach Powder

Ingredients for Spinach Powder

  • Spinach: As needed

Instructions for Making Spinach Powder

  1. Clean and Wash Spinach: Clean and wash the spinach thoroughly. Place the washed spinach in a colander to drain the water.

  2. Dry the Spinach: Once the water is drained, separate the leaves and spread them on a clean cloth at home to dry. Leave them for a few days until completely dry. The drying time depends on the temperature and humidity (turn the leaves by hand two to three times a day to speed up the drying process).

  3. Grind the Dried Spinach: Once the spinach leaves are fully dried, place them in a grinder and grind them into a fine powder. For best results, sift the spinach powder three times to ensure it is smooth and even.
