Saed News: Stuffed potatoes are one of the popular and delicious appetizers usually made in the oven. But did you know you can make this dish just like stuffed chicken in a pot, without the need for an oven, and easily cook it on the stovetop?
Saed News Cooking Service: To make Turkish stuffed potatoes, start by thoroughly washing the potatoes. Be sure not to peel the skin. Wrap them in foil and place them on a baking tray, then set the oven temperature to 250°C.
If your potatoes are large, they will take about an hour and a half to cook. Use a fork to check if they are fully cooked.
Next, mix all the necessary ingredients together, including canned corn, canned peas, chopped sausage, salami, pickles, sweet bell pepper, pizza cheese, butter, and mayonnaise. Make sure to chop everything finely.
Once the potatoes are cooked, scoop out the insides and add a spoonful of pizza cheese and butter. Then, fill the potatoes with the prepared mixture, covering the surface completely.
Finally, you can drizzle ketchup or mayonnaise over the stuffed potatoes and enjoy!
