SAEDNEWS: Dujardin a three-time Olympic champion earlier withdrew from all competition due to a video that shows the dressage rider making an error of judgement during a coaching session four years ago
In a statement, the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) acknowledged that it had received video showing Dujardin acting in a way that went against the fundamentals of horse welfare.
At the Paris Olympic Games this summer, Dujardin attempted to become the most awarded female Olympian in British history. She expressed her deep shame in a statement, saying that the action was totally out of character and had nothing to do with the way She coach kids or train the horses.
Following the 39-year-old's withdrawal from all competition, the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) decided to suspend Dujardin for six months while it conducted further investigation into the film.
