Ingredients for Apple Pie

  • White flour: 2.5 cups

  • Sugar: 1 cup

  • Milk: half a cup

  • Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

  • Vanilla: 1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar: 4 tablespoons

  • Butter: 75 grams

  • Eggs: 3

  • Liquid oil: 50 grams

  • Apples: 2

  • Cinnamon: 1 tablespoon


How to Make Apple Pie

Step 1:
To prepare apple pie, first take out the butter, eggs, and milk from the refrigerator to bring them to room temperature. Once the butter softens, put it into a suitable bowl along with the sugar and mix well until the mixture turns creamy.

Step 2:
After the sugar and butter mixture becomes creamy, add the vanilla. The important point about adding vanilla is to be careful to add only a very small amount for flavor, because too much vanilla will make the dessert bitter.

Step 3:
After adding vanilla, mix the ingredients a little, then add the eggs one by one and mix well with the sugar and butter until uniform. Now mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it twice to make it smooth.

Step 4:
Next, add the milk along with half of the sifted flour to the butter, sugar, and egg mixture and mix well until the ingredients are uniform. Then gradually add the remaining flour until the batter is completely smooth.

Step 5:
Now peel the apples and slice them thinly, then set aside. Next, prepare for baking the pie. For this purpose, grease the special apple pie molds or line them with parchment paper.

Step 6:
Fill one-fifth of the pie molds with the batter. Then mix powdered sugar and cinnamon together, and roll the sliced apples in the powdered sugar and cinnamon mixture, then place them inside the pie molds.

Step 7:
Alternatively, you can place the apples in the molds first and sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon on top. Now fill the molds with the remaining batter. Make sure roughly half of the mold volume remains empty to allow room for the pie to rise.

Step 8:
Preheat the oven 15 minutes before baking to 175°C (347°F). Now place the pie molds on a baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the pies are fully risen and baked.

Step 9:
Let the pies cool a bit, then arrange them on your serving dish. For decoration, you can use powdered sugar, ground pistachios, melted chocolate, or anything else you prefer.
