Make caramelized rice pudding, a delicious and nutritious dessert for kids, at home and enjoy!
3.5 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of gelatin powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 packet of caramel cream powder
🍚 Instructions for Caramelized Rice Pudding:
Soak the rice overnight. Then cook it with 2 cups of water until it is fully bloomed and the water is absorbed.
Add the milk and sugar, let it boil, and cook until it thickens.
Dissolve the gelatin in half a cup of water using the bain-marie method.
Add the dissolved gelatin, caramel cream powder, and vanilla to the rice pudding. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Pour the caramel sauce into the bottom of your chosen mold, then pour the rice pudding into the mold and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Once chilled, invert the pudding onto a serving dish. Enjoy!
