According to the political desk of the Saed News , Al Arabiya quoted a U.S. official as saying: If Iran wants, we are ready to hold talks with Tehran.
This news once again shows that the aim of Trump’s military show of force is to extract greater concessions in negotiations.
At the same time, Donald Trump claimed in an interview with Axios that the situation regarding Iran is “changing” because he has sent a “large fleet” to the region, while at the same time believing that Tehran genuinely wants to reach an agreement.
Trump said: “We have a large fleet near Iran. Bigger than Venezuela.”
Trump claimed that diplomacy remains an option. He said: “They want to make a deal. I know that. They have reached out on numerous occasions. They want to talk.”
It had previously been said that Washington had announced four preconditions for talks, which are unlikely to be accepted by Tehran.

First, the removal of all enriched uranium from Iran.
Second, setting a cap on Iran’s long-range missile stockpiles.
Third, changing Iran’s policy of supporting proxy forces in the region.
Fourth, banning independent uranium enrichment in the country.
