SAEDNEWS: The American news network CNN, in a report discussing the situation of the Iranian opposition abroad, wrote that Reza Pahlavi is a source of division among Iranians.
According to SAEDNEWS, Opposition groups remain deeply divided. Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of the last Shah, insists that he will serve as a transitional leader, but after four decades, he is still struggling to build a coalition—and he is not even Trump’s preferred candidate.

🔹 The head of Bloomberg’s Middle East division also wrote on CNN that “most opposition figures are outside the country and have not truly done anything substantial.” He added that “someone like Pahlavi is a highly divisive figure and will significantly divide Iranians.”
🔹 Another point highlighted in CNN’s report is that “both in reality and in the minds of Iranians, the fall of the Islamic Republic would lead to the collapse of the nation and the fragmentation of Iran.”
