SAEDNEWS: President Masoud Pezeshkian has strongly criticized the hypocritical approach of the US and Europe regarding recent events in Iran under the guise of human rights.
According to SAEDNEWS, “These countries strike a pose of defending human rights while they have supported the most heinous and inhumane crimes committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza,” President Pezeshkian said in a meeting with Iranian governors on Monday.
“Furthermore, during the recent events in our country, they officially supported rioters and violent actions,” he added.
“They are not concerned about the lives of the Iranian people; rather, their primary goal and greed are the oil, gas, resources, and wealth of this nation.”
President Pezeshkian emphasized that “one of the main areas the enemy has focused on to strike the country is the people's livelihood. If public satisfaction is ensured in this area, the enemy's goals will be frustrated.”
